职位描述

An exciting position to work within the Digital Solutions team of Frontiers Digital- the digital arm of Milton Exhibits. This niche team is responsible for handling the accounts of a select group of multi-national brands and their digital strategy development in China and the Asia Pacific region.

This position is ideal for recently returned overseas graduates or those looking to break into the hot digital marketing arena in China.

Job duties will focus on an Account Management role as outlined below:

1. The responsibilities of the Account Manager include

客户经理职责如下:

1.1 To oversee the overall management of each project and to assist in the whole business cycle from prospect sourcing, sales proposal development and client presentation to contract negotiation and account management.

监督每个项目的整体管理,并协助整个业务周期- 从采购、制定销售方案、向客户解说演示,到合同谈判和客户管理;

1.2 To work collaboratively with a small team to develop and execute digital strategies.

与小团队协作制定并执行数码战/策略

1.3 Client facing with the ability to develop relationships, establish rapport, and maintain long-term relationships with client champions and executives.

面向客户,能建立并长期维护与客户(尤其是其管理执行层)的融洽关系;

1.4 To ensure tactical alignment with stated goals, objectives and strategy.

确保战术上与既定目的、目标及战略一致;

1.5 To prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.

优化关键工作任务完成顺序,并设定工作目标预期;

1.6 To effectively manage projects to deliver on cost, quality, and timing target.

兼顾成本、质量和时间周期,有效执行项目管理;

1.7 To advise usability plans based on user requirement.

按用户要求提供实用方案;

1.8 To maintain and manage company website content and social networking platforms.

维护和管理公司网站内容与各种社会网络平台;

1.9 To develop a peer network in the industry over time.

1.10 To interface and communicate with technical vendors and production houses.

For stakeholder satisfaction, the Account manager will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction on an active project through effective account management. In theory this will lead to client retention or new business opportunity referrals.

关于利益相关方的满意度,客户经理一职负责通过有效地客户管理,维护客户对活动项目的满意度。从理论上而言,这样能留住老客户、或者带来老客户介绍/推荐新业务的机会。


The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with his/her managers ensuring all work is delivered on time and at the highest professional standards expected. This will require a strong level of organization and communication on the part of the AM.

客户经理一职还负责维护与其下属管理人员的健康关系,以确保所有工作按时、及按最高预期专业水准完成。因此,客户经理必须具有极佳的组织与沟通能力。


We expect mutual collaboration will be conducted in professional and friendly manner. We will measure the communication aspect between peer to peer, among inter-departments, and with the external partners and vendors for the AM’s performance.

我们预期相互协作应该是专业、并且友好的。客户经理在沟通层面的绩效,我们将以同级对同级、部门之间、与外部合伙人及供应商的沟通情况为衡量指标。


As an Account Manager at FD the role is suited to someone who is good at problem solving and can effectively convey a message or rationale to an audience. We don’t expect the AM to have all the answers at the beginning but will expect them to be diligently acquire industry knowledge and be proactive in applying this over time. We will hope to marked improvement in the AM’s knowledge and thinking processes that we be displayed in their ability to handle projects independently and introduce new business.

FD所需要的客户经理,应是善于解决问题、能有效向客户转达信息或基本原理者;FD并不指望客户经理在工作伊始就能解答/解决所有问题,但其必须勤奋努力学习行业知识、并积极在工作中学以致用。FD期望客户经理的本职工作业务知识、及符合FD的业务思维程序和能力能不断显著增长与提高,以便其独立处理各类项目、并带来新业务。


二. Skill and Competencies技能与资质要求:

2.1. Bi-lingual in Chinese and English 懂中文和英语;

2.2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Power-point. 精通Microsoft Office工具如Word、Excel、Power-point;

2.3. Masters degree or 2 years work experience in any field that requires strong analytical and communication skills. 硕士学位、或在任何必需很强分析和沟通技巧的领域具有2年工作经验;

2.4. A background in digital media/marketing in China is not required, but need to be a fast learner and preference is given to those with digital marketing knowledge and proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Webmaster Tool and Baidu equivalents. 不必须具有中国数码媒体/营销背景,但需具有快速学习能力;具有数码营销知识,精通网页分析工具如Google Analytics、Omniture、Google Webmaster Tool 及 Baidu同类工具者优先;

2.5. Ability to work independently and within a team environment 能适应团队工作环境独立开展工作;

2.6. Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. 具有较强的独立决策、组织、计划和解决问题的能力。

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 能在压力下严格守时完成工作任务。
