Job description
1. Take full responsibility for all sourcing activities and agreements with suppliers.
2. Implement the strategy of the company into a clear action plan for the sourcing department.
3. Manage sourcing resources efficiently to realize set objectives
4. Develop a team of cohesive, competent, committed, result oriented personnel focused to identify and develop vendors who can supply material of zero defect quality at competitive price and at the right time.
5. Steer and guide the sourcing team in their project working and team working with all other departments and suppliers in order to meet the project requirements on cost, time, logistics and quality.
6. Continuously interact and exchange information with the Group companies to benchmark products, costs and quality of local vendors with other local or global vendors and follow different market evolutions.
7. Maintain and control existing systems and to continuously improve systems and implement improved systems.

Mission
Implement the activity of purchasing in the company with respect for low cost, good quality and short lead time.

Experience requirements
At least 5 years sourcing experience in manufacturing enterprise, preferably 2 years in managerial position at multinational company.

Knowledge
Good negotiation and analytical skills, commercially astute and knowledgeable in contractual issues relating to terms and conditions.
Good command of English language both oral & writing, as well as computer skill.

Educational requirements
University degree or above, major in mechanical engineering

Personality requirements
Highly motivated, creative, good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact well at various levels.
