Responsibilities:
? Uncover and qualify new opportunities and prospects through high volume cold calling and relationship development
? Maintain relationships with new and existing client base
? Execute sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers
? Provide product and service information, scheduling and participating in online meetings and demonstrations
? Manage and accurately report pipeline activity
? Represent IBM-Kenexa with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Required:
? Must demonstrate high interest in a sales or sales-related role
? Outstanding verbal, written and phone-based communications skills are required
? Must have the ability to inform and influence colleagues, clients and prospects
? Strong work habits are essential, such as personal organization, and time management skills
? Completion of undergraduate-level education or equivalent experience
? Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
Preferred:
? Bachelor's Degree
? Minimum of one year working experience - Previous sales experience is highly desirable, especially in a related inside sales position
? Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems
? Human Resources, Human Capital, Talent Management, Workforce Management knowledge and prior experience required
? Good understanding of software, basic technology, and basic web-based technology
