Main Responsibilities:

• Generate new business from current and new prospective clients. Achieves revenue growth goals and maintains a healthy and active pipeline.
• Develop a strong expertise of all CSD Solutions and a good knowledge of other products available in the market to better promote our products versus the existing offer of the competition.
• Identify prospective clients to introduce them our current syndicated and Ad’hoc solutions in order to meet their needs. Prepare strong and customized clients presentation with the assistance of account managers.
• Respond effectively to proposals using all CSD solutions, while applying strong market knowledge. Outline a profitable solution for both clients and CSD.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms for long term relationships.
• Provide valuable contribution to the account planning process to ensure successful development of clients.
• Act as a source of market intelligence and market needs internally. Consistently provides information back to the organization regarding market conditions, competitive intelligence and prospect needs and inquiries.
• Cooperate with sales team to ensure tracking of all leads, meeting, sales, and proposals on-going.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, health discipline or life sciences or other related field
• 5 + years’ relevant management experience in marketing research industry, ideally in agency environment
• Pharmacy industry knowledge,
• Tactful presentation skills
• Strong sales/communication skills
• Excellent negotiator and ability to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers when needed
• Strategic focus and strong commercial acumen
• Proficiency in both oral and written English
