售后服务战略和计划经理 (新品牌)Manager Aftersales Strategy and Planning(New Brand)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic positioning and monitoring of the New Brand Aftersales
- Alignment of strategic positioning with BMW/MINI brands.
- Monitoring of E-mobility topics, New Brand related competitors, legal planning, decision etc.
- Develop and derive operative targets from the overall brand positioning and strategies.
- Derive measures and offers out of the strategy and targets.
- Responsible to implement the measures.
- Responsible for all Aftersales processes for the New Brand. Alignment of the processes with BMW Aftersales strategy.
- Develop and build up a sustainable ItO process for the New Brand Aftersales in terms of core internal competence and external service commissioning
- Planning and steering of the ItO process for the New Brand. Aligning the process with the commissioned departments within BMW Brilliance and BMW AG.
- Align strategic topics with BMW I and the other E-mobility responsibilities within BMW in China.
Requirements:
- University degree in Automotive Technology and/or Economics.
- Knowledge in business administration.
- Knowledge in strategic marketing and planning.
- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business.
- Knowledge in Automotive Aftersales Business preferred.
- Technical knowledge of BMW vehicle technology preferred.
- English business fluent, both spoken and written.
- Ability to develop positive working relationship quickly.
- Analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex structures comprehensively.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, mail, Internet).
- Self confident, inspiring and convincing.
- High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver.
- Target oriented and persistent.
- Improvisation talented, flexibility, autonomous.
- Ability to work in an international working environment.
