Responsiblities:

1.Be responsible for the standardized work of order management for customers globally. Including website registration, order validation, order change, price maintenance, documentation, quality note logging, credit &debit note entering, etc.

2.Play closely role with Sales & Service Specialist to optimize the work procedure so as to improve SOP and working efficiency

3.Have good team spirit to ensure the whole team work together to meet 100% on time delivery and achieve customer’s satisfactory

Requirements;
1. Good at Japanese, especially in typing
2. Ability to manage and prioritize workload
3. Positive thinking and approach
4. Good team spirit
5. SAP skill is preferred
6. Customer service experience is preferred
