职位描述
? This role performs the function of network project support for the BMW IT infrastructure team. The primary responsibility for this role is internal project support for infrastructure project and support on the BMW network, but also requires a solid level of technical knowledge of the client’s business processes and application support. The incumbent will demonstrate deep network technical ability especially in the area of LAN’s, WAN’s, routers, switches, and CISCO topology. The candidate shall possess effective partnering in a highly demanding environment and a proven track record of projects and supporting a network in an enterprise environment.
Main Responsibilities:
? Partners with the client IT network Infrastructure team to support project maintenance and rollouts in multiple sites across China;
Partners with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of technical support activities related to servers, networking and telecommunications;
? Assist the development and maintenance ofnetwork structure and topology;
? Provide analysis, testing and support for new version G-client installation;
? Provide network testing and analysis for intersite communications;
? Prepare reports through support portal for project preparation;
? Administer and rollout patch updates on servers and local clients;
? Coordinate and communicate with vendor for installations, upgrades and maintenance on the network environment;
Skills and Experience:
? Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or Computer Science;
? Minimum of 4 years hands-on technical desktop hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution responsibilities in an enterprise environment; Advanced Networking skills: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, UDP, Latency and VoIP;
? Minimum of 1 year Project Management experience;
? Experience using administrative tools and working knowledge of MS Active Directory, Exchange 2003, VPN applications, and SCCM;
? Strong proven technical knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution;
? Strong proven knowledge of Microsoft desktop computing products;
? Superior interpersonal and collaborative relationship skills;
? Self motivated and able to effectively multi-task in a faced-paced environment;
? Experience developing technical documentation and processes;
? Superior written and verbal communication skills in English;
? Demonstrated, effective partnering skills and customer service attitude;
?Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE
