Responsibilities:
? What we are looking for is a person who can use Photoshop, who is creative enough to know what a good website should look like,
? Someone who can draft an idea on a piece of paper and understands what CRM Factory and MCON is standing for, hence can sell the ideas internally and get people convinced to follow this idea.
? Someone who knows what most people will like, and has a feeling for style!
? Someone can write a poem, a company introduction, a product presentation or a CV-example, whatever he prefers, without any problem.
? The person we are looking for has no problem to design a layout for the company newspaper, or style our worldwide newsletter, or improve and maintain our current website.
Skill Requirements:
? Good English-Skills
? Who also likes to organize events, internal parties, customer innovation days and like to express for what the company is standing for.
? A person who likes to support HR for Trainings, Outings, Company Trips.
Personal Requirements:
? Your hobbies are: Example photography, painting, architecture, writing, and/or anything else related to creativity, design, style.
? You see "more" or "different things" compared to other people looking into an advertisement, in a painting or a website.
At last, We are NOT looking for a person who has extensive experience in sales and as an event manager. Furthermore, there is no need to develop sophisticated marketing plans, budget planning or someone who was acting in the past as a (classical) Marketing Manager. We also don't need a person who is familiar how to book media content, or launch press releases -even though it is also not a minus.
