职位描述
Responsibilities:
You are part of a Quality Assurance Team--depending on your skills as a QA Engineer or as a QA manager.
Ability to translate customer requirements into testable acceptance criteria (test cases,test data,test plan)
1.Executing Black-/White-Box Tests.
2.Investigate,log,track and retest incidents.
3.Brief and guide testers,train testers.
4.Write and maintain test automation.
5.Responsibility to Automatic test executions.
6.Testing of high quality software products to meet agreed requirements -e.g. fat-clients,web clients,modules,interfaces etc.
7.Knowledge of system being tested--terms of requirements.design and environment,architecture.
8.Assign individuals in conjunction with areas management to develop and implement validation test plans.
Skills Requirements:
1.Good eye for detail and experience in software QA.
2.Good analytical skills to understand complex requirements.
3.Knowledge in test tools - e.g. Ruby on Rails, plugins like Cucumber
4.Knowledge in test products - e.g. Testopia, Bugzilla, JIRA etc.
5.QA-/Deployment-Server knowhow e.g. Hudson
6.Knowledge in IT - development and databases, e.g. creation of test data (CSVs, XMLs etc.)
7.Knowledge in Unix and/or Windows
8.Knowledge
in one or more of the following tools is a plus:Junit, JSUNit, JMock,
Selenium, WebDriver, Grinder, Fitnesse, Loadrunner, JMeter etc.
Personal Requirements:
1.University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
2.Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
3.Strong communication and organizational skills
4.Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
5.Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
6.High motivation, sense of responsibility & self-discipline
