Description
· Manage the Printing and Personal Systems (PPS) Channel Compensation program Operations
1. Quota/Target Setting
-Publish quota setting template and target file
-Publish range check report
-Generate program letters for portal and notify partners
2. Partner Reporting
-Publish weekly speedometer report in portal to all partners
-Publish weekly partner performance summary report to HP users
3. Rebate computation/payment
-Rebate computation and loading to system
-Invoice collection for tax countries
-Payments to partners
· Manage BU stakeholders engagement with regards to new programs, framework, requirements, program analytics to assist the BU to drive programs’ effectiveness and efficiencies on the contra dollars spent
· Manage a third party vendor to ensure that the Service Level Agreement is met
· Design and manage the computational tools
· Collaborate with BU and cross-functional departments to maintain and enhance current business processes (innovative solutions and process improvements)
· Ensure timely resolution of all escalations
Education and Experience Required:
· First-level university degree or equivalent experience
· Typical 6-10 years of working experience; preferably in channel business
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Expert knowledge on business processes and policies
· Excellent C++ programming language
· Expert problem-solving and analytic skills
· Excellent teamwork
· Expert time management skills
· Excellent project management skills
· Good mentoring and coaching skills
· Exercise independent judgment and contributes to the development of new ideas and methods
