Description
? Responsible for Part planning for PPS parts, Well manage Outsource Service Support Partner (OSSP) planning performance, conduct daily/weekly review to meet part fulfillment related goal;
? Responsible for assigned Support Product Line planning daily work and regularly conduction review of stock TSL to ensure fulfillment on target while keep high inventory utilization. Also accountable for inventory stock forecast and stock level management while keep health E&O rate.
? Engage with front end engineer to handle daily case; bridge OSSP partner with global commodity management team for fulfillment issue review and escalation timely. Ensure fulfillment issue closed with resolution.
? Supporting life cycle special phase planning work, NPI/EOL/EOSL planning work and co-work with Product Life Cycle Manager to do NPI/ECO/LTB planning result analysis and review work
? Engage with PPS business unit and OSSP partner for spare part planning model/process development, implementation and change management with the primary objectives of satisfying Service Supply Chain and PPS spare part support need;
Qualifications
? Bachelors degree and sufficient knowledge in supply chain concepts, supplier management, strategic procurement
? At least 3 year working experience, preferred supply chain material planning experience
? Practice knowledge and experience in supply chain or supplier management
? Good leadership & relationship management skills within a virtual and decentralized environment
? Strong problem solving and data analytical skills, supplier management know-how is especially preferred
? Good computer skills in MS office applications, SAP system knowledge and skill is preferred to have
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
