职位描述（Job Description）：

1. 参与制订公司营销战略，根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划，经批准后组织实施。

2. 定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划。

3. 制订公司整体推广方案并监督执行；

4. 根据市场及同业情况制订产品的市场价格，经批准后执行。

5. 负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；

6. 对整体市场的销售动态进行监控；

7. 对销售团队的销售行为进行监督考核，保证及时完成各分支机构的销售目标；

8. 处理影响公司整体形象和品牌形象的事件；

9. 审核各销售团队对市场推广宣传方案的执行力度，评估各种活动的执行效果；

10. 完成上级临时交办的其他工作任务。



任职要求（Knowledge and Skills）：

1．大专及以上学历，市场营销、经济管理或其他管理类相关专业优先，英语能力突出者优先，有海外留学背景者优先。

2．3年以上销售工作经验，1年以上教育培训机构工作经验，有留学机构销售经验者优先，在原销售岗位有突出业绩者优先 （销售业绩排名前10%）。

3．具备优秀战略思维、营销管理理念、营销渠道建立、营销团队建设与培养能力；

4. 具备目标绩效管理、发展合作、冲突管理、过程控制等知识与实践技巧；

5．具有优秀的客户关系管理与客户维护管理经验；

6．熟练操作相关销售管理系统、OFFICE办公软件以及CRM客户数据管理系统。





福利及待遇（Benefits and Salary）:

底薪+提成，业绩优秀者可达￥14000-￥20000 /月
