- For our Energy Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Sales Director
What are my responsibilities?
- Define and monitor sales goals in City/Utility market
- Define, implement and monitor sales strategy and customers’ portfolio to achieve the targeted goals
- Management of the sales group to ensure optimum performance through the achievement of individual and team goals- Make available and drive the manpower, competencies, resources and infrastructure that are required to exploit the identified market potential/ customers’ portfolio.
- Support the improvement of the organizations’ processes towards higher effectiveness, efficiency, customer- and employee- satisfaction through consistent deployment of strategy and goals.
- Feedback to HQ on demands and requirements from markets/ customers.
IMMEDIATE CHALLENGES
- Demonstrate ability to deliver within the first 6 months
GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
- Candidate with proven contribution may take on larger responsibilities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge to energy automation concept and product such as NCS, G-T protection, protection relays, etc.
- Sales skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Well use of office software such Windows, word, excel, ppt.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales work is preferred, good experience in business fields such as Power, Power Transmission, Cement, I&S is preferred.
- Engineering experience is preferred
Education:
- bachelor or above
