1. Position Responsibility:

1) Responsible for daily processing of Trade Finance products, including the followings:

* Import L/C;

* Export L/C;

* Export Collection;

* Others

2) Undertake the duties of a Customer Service Adviser as and when required to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained;

3) Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with internal and external customers (including clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities) to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing those improvements to the satisfaction of internal and external customers as defined;

4) Provide TF training to clients when required;

5) Provide TF internal training to staffs when required;

6) Responsible for TF related internal and external reports;

7) Provide advice on new product and / or process;

8) Report to the team leader on complex matters and significant issues;

9) Participate in seminars/client meetings arranged by CEs when necessary;

10) Liaise and maintain good relationship with clients and local regulatory authorities;

11) Co-ordinate with Group Operations Singapore and other departments on TF related issues;

12) Back up other trade finance staff when necessary;

13) Take the ownership of Credit System, ASONE system, AML and BOP reporting;

14) Other ad hoc duties assigned from the team leader.

2. Position Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above;

2) 8 years banking experience, in which minimum 6 year experience in TFO;

3) Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;

4) Good customer service mindset;

5) Good communication skills;

6) Good English at spoken and written.
