职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
2. Developing automated test platform from the group on
3. Working with existing test platform and tools.
4. Executing the test plan, logging and describing issues discovered during testing.
5. Works collaboratively with development during all stages of projects to provide in process testing results.
6. Coordinates groups of business personnel who test, evaluate and validate new functions and applications, and identify issues in software or services.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years as Software QA/Testing Engineer
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Experience with gathering requirements, writing specifications and test plans
4. SQL query scripting ability.
5. Experience with one commercial QA/Testing management tools(HP Quality Center, Microsoft Test Manager, .etc)
6. Experience with one automation testing tools(QTP, Rational Robot, Selenium)
7. Documentation Expertise.
Preferred skills and experience:
1. Strong Automation test scripting ability
2. Working knowledge of software development
3. working knowledge of Agile software development
4. Strong domain knowledge of mobile marketing, telecom, retail .etc
5. Strong knowledge of QA standard (CMMI)
