职位描述：

在满足安全、环保、健康的前提下，按照主管/领班的指令，保质保量并且及时地完成生产任务，严格按照操作规程作业指导书规范操作，对操作中发现的问题及时报告领班，确保车间的正常运转。

Under the precondition of meeting EHS requirements, comply with supervisor instruction, accomplish production plan in time with qualified products. Comply with the operation instruction manual strictly, report to supervisor immediately when the problems are found during operation, ensure smooth running of the plant.

工作职责：

· 安环保：EHS

- 严格遵守公司的安全、职业卫生及环保制度

- Strictly comply with the company EHS regulations

- 及时指出并汇报任何违反安环保制度的行为

- Correct and report the breaches on EHS immediately

- 严格按5S要求，确保负责区域环境卫生状况持续改进和提高，确保工完, 料尽, 场地清

- Strictly comply with 5S, ensure a good hygienic condition in the responsible area, ensure work finished, material stocked and site clean.

- 正确处理突发意外事件，并在第一时间汇报

- Correctly handle the contingency, and report at the earliest time.

- 参加并参与公司组织的任何安全教育活动

- Participate in all kinds of safety training and activities organized by the company.

- 严格、认真进行现场交接班

- Carry out an effective shift change over

- 正确使用并维护劳防用品，防护设施和器械

- Correctly use PPE, protect facilities and equipments.

· 生产：Production

- 按时完成下达的生产任务和工作量，

- Accomplish planned production task and work load on time.

- 监督员工严格按照操作规程、作业指导书准确操作，实现岗位操作规范化

- Supervise operator to operate strictly according to operation instruction manual, realize standardized job operation.

- 对本人负责的所有与反应或后反应相关的原料配制及投料和转料过程全面负责，

- Be responsible fully for raw material preparation, material feeding and transferring process.

- 投料前复核原料名称及数量；

- Double check raw material name and amount before feeding.

- 巡回检查反应状况和物料状况，如有问题及时提出，并寻求解决的方法

- Routinely check the reaction and material status, report and seek solutions in case the problems are found.

- 包装或放料时应做到份量准确、标签准确，整齐划一，桶外表清洁，并确保放料进度

- Must ensure accurate quantity and right labeling during packing or feeding, neat appearance, clean bucket outside, and ensure the feeding time.

- 及时如实地做好操作记录

- Record operational conditions accurately.

- 认真完成相关的工艺清洗及设备的高压清洗，以及设备恢复投料前的密封和检测工作

- Finish all related process cleaning, equipments high pressure cleaning, and equipment sealing test and inspection before feeding.

· 质量和成本：Quality and Cost

- 确保操作卡严格执行并及时准确填写

- Ensure operation card to be used strictly and filled out accurately.

- 确保及时取样并送分析

- Ensure sample taking timely and sending for analysis.

- 及时如实汇报质量问题，降低不合格率以及质量有关的客户投诉

- Report faithfully and promptly the quality defects, reduce the reject rate, customer claims related to the quality issue.

- 生产过程中，巡回检查控制参数

- Routinely check the control parameter during production.

- 合理节约成本，避免资源浪费（原料，公用工程，包装材料，辅助材料）；严格按规定排放废水和其他废弃物

- Save cost reasonably, avoid resource waste (raw material, utility, packing material, accessory material), discharge waste water and other wastes strictly according to the regulations.

- 主动积极提出合理化建议

- Actively raise the reasonable proposals to improve the operations.

· 设备：Equipment

- 巡回检查设备，及时提出问题并在领班协助下解决

- Routine check the equipments, report the problems promptly and solve the problems with the help, if necessary, of the supervisor.

- 检查、保养，整洁和报修所负责的设备

- Check, maintain, tidy and report for repair the equipments within the responsibility.

- 根据设备操作程序正确使用设备

- Correctly operate the equipments according to the procedure required on the operation manual.

- 在领班安排下担当维修监护/协调人, 严格执行许可证制度

- Act as maintenance supervisor/coordinator when arranged by the supervisor, proceed strictly based on the permit regulations.

· 技术: Technical

- 接受公司及车间组织的各项培训

- Accept all trainings organized by both company and plant

- 熟悉本岗位各项操作规程与技术

- Be familiar with all the operation regulations and technology related to the job.

- 能够独立完成本岗位工作

- Be able to accomplish the assigned job independently.

- 学习并拓展本生产线的生产及设备使用技术

- To study and develop the operation methodology and equipment using technology of the production line.

- 具备操作与本岗位相关的一些特种设备操作资质

- Bear some operation qualification on the special equipments related to the job

· 纪律: Discipline

- 遵守公司及车间的各项劳动纪律规章制度

- Comply with company/plant disciplinary regulations.

- 保持高出勤率，确保完成工作定额

- Ensure high attendance and finish work assigned in time.

- 服从主管/领班的工作安排。在完成本职工作的前提下，主动对其他同事给予工作支持

- Comply with the work arrangement by supervisor. Provide support to the other colleagues actively under the precondition of finishing own work ahead of time.

- 保持同事间融洽的人际关系

- Establish a good interpersonal relationship with other colleagues.

职位要求：

· Education: 高中，技校senior school/ industrial school graduation

· Working Experience: 二年以上的化工行业工作经验two years working experience in chemical industry

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 具有化工专业知识bear chemical industry knowledge background
