Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above.5 years of leader experience in material related function.

2. Have highly knowledge in supply chain management.

3. Be familiar with ERP system.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Be familiar with MPS operation

6. Ability to present, organize, and resolve problems or issues within the team.

7. Good communication in written and oral English is a must

Job Responsibility:

1. In charge of material procurement, material planning, production planning, Warehouse and logistic department.

2. Manage, control and direct customer demand & commitment, material planning and availability follow up,

inventory management, excess and obsolete material management, purchasing and vendor management, production

planning management, material planning and control on ECO/EOL situation, PTL book preparation

3. Resolve material discrepancy issues.

4. Coordinate with customers, sourcing team and other material related functions to meet customer requirement as

well as control internal inventory and finance indicator.

5. Ensure optimum Materials at any time is brought into the stockroom for manufacturing use.

6. Ensure timely receipts and delivery of materials into the manufacturing floor at the most economical cost,

consistent with quality standards to meet Customer OTD..

7. Ensure and coordinate periodic scheduled Cycle Counts are undertaken .

8. Reviews, plans and approves purchase orders and change notices ,in a timely fashion.

9. Reviews purchase order claims and contracts in conformance to company policy in a timely fashion.

10. Responsible for improving and strengthening warehouse management process and service. Ensuring timely

material supply for production, raw material storage and system data maintaining.

11. In charge all Imp/Exp related affairs and forwarder management.

12. Freight spending control

Ensure Lean Concepts are always used in day to day execution.
