Main Responsibilities
·Can independently complete the technical proposal design and quotation;

·Be responsible for the integrity of the welding system for drawing data work; welding system of information collection and analysis: the preparation of welding technology products;

·Act as reference point for customer during whole proposal making, Work with sales to build and maintain customer relationship, and achieve customer satisfaction;

·Work with function team like as mechanical designer, controller, robot engineer to make an acceptable proposal;

·Adopt previous proproposal lessons-learned and prevent them for on-going proposal making;

·Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase;

·Evaluate team member's performance in proposal closing phase;

·Contribute to long term development of talent development.




Requirements
·Welding related professional bachelor's degree;

·2-3 years of Robots-related work experience, familiar with a variety of robots application likes as handling, welding, gluing, foundry and palletizing;

·Familiar with various robots equipment;

·To understand a certain degree of electrical knowledge, familiar with the PLC;

·Have a good sense of cost control;

·Have good communication skills;

·Proficiency in English literacy;

·Have a good sense of teamwork and sense of responsibility;

·Proactive and Open Communication;

·Work passion;

·Competition spirit;

·Quick decisions;

·Travel availability.
