Report to Revenue Manager

Based in Shanghai

Duties:

- Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted on any potential business opportunities.

-Statistics analysis, calculations and reporting providing on a regular basis.

-Build an effective working relationship with other departments to gather, share necessary information for business strategies

-- Support Regional Revenue Manager to ensure a constant and consistent delivery of reporting materials to drive the business processes forward

- Specifically, a Revenue Executive will be expected to update, process, generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly needed reports by management

- Evaluate statistics and find trends based on internal tools

-Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Ability to produce a high volume of reports with many different data sources with a high degree of - accuracy and quality, delivered in a timely manner meeting appropriate deadlines
- Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing importance, urgency and resources
- Time efficient within tight schedules
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Ambitious and willing to learn new things to progress
