1. Objectives :
- Follow up of production schedule comply with Mousquetaires group requirement
- Make sure all shipments date achieved comply with Mousquetaires group requirement
- Applying the Quality methods and procedures provided by International Quality Manager

2. Main function
- Follow up the production timeframe
- Make sure the production schedule respect to shipment date followed by factories
- Make sure the production schedule respect to quality control plan confirmed by head office quality managers
- Make sure the production schedule respect to group logistic requirement in specific ports
- Update all information related to production and report to related departments in Asia

3. Performance
- Apply any existing tools and means to ship on time according to purchase order ETD
- Provide explicit information to Asian quality department with pre-check comment
- Annual appraisal will be carried out by International Quality Manager together with China Quality Manager

4. Position
- The Quality Production Officer is under supervision of China Quality Manager

5. Reporting
- The Quality Production Officer reports directly to China Quality Manager on daily basis
- The Quality Production Officer daily collaborates with Quality Supervisor in China


Profile requested:

- Over 2 years background of textile relating products is must. Quality knowledge is plus
- Excellent skill in English/Chinese writing and good practice in oral English
- Junior college is must, majors in textile relating is plus
