Job description:
- Develop product within assigned category
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
- create potentials business within category
- sourcing new supplier
- builds effective and actively maintains relation with supplier.
- Responsible that supplier meets social, environmental standards.

Requirements:
-Master degree or above in textile, material, trading or business administration.
-at least 3 years’ experience in home textile product development or merchandising. -good command of spoken and written English
-material and production knowledge including cost of production of home textile or fabric.
-excellent negotiation skills
-persistence in pursuing goals despite obstacles
-excellence in communication and building and maintaining of relations
-personal integrity , maturity
-strategic thinking
