岗位概要: Key Responsibilities
与香港合作公司进行每日联系；
Daily Contact with Hongkong cooperated company.
处理客户相关事宜，包括申请、合约及解答客户疑问等；
Deal with clients’ issues, including applications, contracts, answering their questions, etc.
定期问候客户，同时提醒客户合同相关事宜；
Clients' Reminding/Answering/Greeting.
协助完成客户月度投资报告；
Assist in monthly investment report.
完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
Complete other related jobs.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
大专以上学历，两年及以上行业经验；
College or above, 2+ years’ related working experiences;
具有主动性及高度责任感；
Showing high degree of initiative and ability to assume a high degree of responsibility;
无论是独立工作还是团队合作都能保持高效性；
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups;
能独立完成工作；
Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
良好的协调沟通能力；
Good communication and coordination skills;
良好的行政写作能力；
Good Administrative Writing Skills;
擅长Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel等OFFICE软件；
Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other office system;
英语听说读写熟练。
Good command of English skills both in reading and writing.
