Job description:
1. Responsible for leading a service delivery team based in Hong Kong and Japan for multinational clients
2. Build & initaite regular reporting to the key accounts and management
3. Manage client’s request and ensure highest standards in service delivery
4. Ensure successful implementation for new projects in Hong Kong
5. Lead key accounts engagagement during quarterly business reviews
6. Take lead in ensuring interest in client’s regular price negotations
7. Complete and review key accounts Profit and Loss on a regular basis with managment
8. Identify and qualify solution opportunities leads within managed account

Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering, Business Studies, or Logistics with more than 8 years’ work experience
2. Knowledge in SAP
3. Experience in the implementation of Supply Chain / logistics projects in Hong Kong and Japan
4. Possess knowledge of local logistics/Supply chain players in Asia
5. Experience in customer & vendor communication with some warehouse operations background
6. Fluent written and oral English, basic Cantonese and Chinese are essential as well
7. Excellent MS-Office skills and has manage multiple key accounts from multinational backgrounds
8. Ability to work in a team and are responsive to requests
9 Ability to work independently and on one’s own initiative
10. Willing to station in Hong Kong
Willing to travel once / twice per quarte
