Principle Accountabilities:

1. Develop, implement and improve site level SHE policies & procedures as per Dupont Corporate standards and China laws & regulations.
2. Support all departments and safety organizations as SHE resource to the line management and interpreter of safety regulations.
3. Keep site licence and permit right for operation and valid(safe production permit, EIA, operation permit,water discharge permit, etc.)
4. Manage site employee special equipment operation permit and related training arrangement to keep them valid.
5. Maintain site ISO 14001 system and EMS system,coordinate/arrange site ISO14001 related internal audit, drill, training, etc.
6. Maintain site program,(such as SFEO, Take Two, TRA, etc.)
7. Coordinate & track execution of annual/monthly safety training, promotion programs and all kinds of audit(CSC audit, all function 1st party audit and Env. 2nd party audit, 3rd party audit).
8. Coordinate & track execution of near-missed incident investigation & reporting process.
9. Host monthly Town Hall meeting, Environment & chemical management sub committe & Central Safety Committee meetings and Coordinate relevant schedules and topics.
10. Deliver safety orientation & refresh trainings to functions /employees as needed.
11. Coordinate & track SHE management system metrics/performance(Safety statistics, Performance repors&relevant documentations).

Skill &Knowledge Required

• Bachelor degree in EHS, Environment protection, Chemistry or Mat. Science.
• 3-5 years experience on SHE Management in multi-national company.
• Certified ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 internal auditor will be a plus.
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in common PC based applications
• Knowledge of Chinese and Local EHS Legal and regulation.
