工作职责：
1.售前的报价，处理销售合同，安排订单，跟踪售后及处理客户的投诉等。
2.与销售团队保持良好沟通，让他们了解生产计划及订单处理进程。
3.处理客户各类单据及邮件，做好书面文件归档工作。
4.核对财务部门应收应付账数据，并以报表形式反馈给销售部门。
5.仓库管理及货物跟踪。

任职条件：
1.大专或以上学历，市场营销相关专业或有客服工作经验优先。
2.至少一年及以上相关工作经验
3.熟练操作办公室软件，并有良好的语言表达及沟通协调能力。
4.良好的服务意识、细心、耐心、责任心，工作积极主动 。

工作地点：上海市松江区李塔汇 （有班车）
