Scope of responsibilities:

1. Managing service structure
2. Building and maintaining high quality authorized service net
3. Building and maintaining long term relations with authorized services.
4. Execution of training and certification among service net, providing technical support, , audits of service net.
5. Initiating activities aimed at optimization and increasing efficiency of service processes.
6 Responsibility for cost optimization of assembly and warranty repairs.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of HVAC, AHU market.
2. Min. 3 years of experience in service, production or project management in B2B sector.
3. Higher education (technical university degree in ventilation and air-conditioning).
4. High organizational and communicational skills.
5. Goal – orientation and strive to provide high quality service. 6. Good command of English.
