Major Responsibilities主要职责:
Update ISO14001,18001 management system
更新公司环境、职业健康安全管理体系
Check and coordinate the environmental issue
检查、监督、协调公司环境保护工作
Build protection material purchase plan such as glove, glass etc
编制劳防用品计划
Management the energy
结算公司能源费用，管理、协调能源
Management fire extinguish device.
管理公司消防、消防器材、环保用计量器具
Train operator on the safety.
培训员工日常安全，对消防安全进行检查、监督和处理工作
Coordinate facility issue.
维修与协调厂房设施的基建
Feedback internal and external information about HS&E
传递、反馈内外部相关信息

Creation of statistics regarding HSE for intra-company using.
建立供公司内部使用的HSE统计报告

Determinate of targets and programs regarding HSE relevant activities.
制定HSE相关活动的目标及计划

Assistance of certification audits and surveillance audits.
协助资质审查并监督审查

Assistance/support of determination and providing of relevant legal regulations, distribution of documents for the departments.
协助、支持制定并提供相关法律法规，分发至各个部门

Give the advice to plant management regarding the HSE development organization and HSE operation organization which are operative and conform with law, is contact person for public authorities regarding all HSE matter.
为公司管理层提供关于HSE的发展、操作中的法律许可及运作的建议，是所有HSE 方面的联系人

Review application for project regarding HSE standards.
审阅项目申请中的HSE标准

Assists determination and realization of trainings for relevant target groups.
协助制定并进行相关目标人群的培训

Assistance regarding creation of the danger prevention plan.
协助建立危险防护计划

Supports specialist for safety regarding selection and testing of equipment for body protection.
协助部门经理进行选择、测试劳动保护工具

Implementation of threat analyses and loading analysis of work places as well as creation of register for noise and light.
进行工作场所的处理分析、负荷分析并进行噪声和光线的登记

Performance of the relative tasks for the plant ISO-14001 and OH&S 18001.
履行公司ISO-14001 和 OH&S 18001 与本职工作有关的相应任务

Responsible for budget in relevant field.
负责所辖条线预算编制

Key Competencies任职要求:
? Good English Communication skill
良好的英语沟通技巧。
? Good Office software skill
良好的办公自动化软件操作技巧。
? Specific knowledge about health, safety and environmental.
掌握安全、消防、环保、生产现场安全防范知识及环境保护知识，了解企业管理知识
Have technical capability solution on safety and environmental.
具备安全、消防、环保工作的技术防范能力
? Familiar with related legal regulation
熟悉国家有关安全、消防、环保等政策、法规及相关标准.

Education and Experience教育及经验要求:
Educational教育: Bachelor Degree prefer with audit certification
本科以上学历及审核员资格。
Experience经验: over 2 years related working experience
2年以上相关管理工作经验。
