Job description:
Maintain HRIS system via telephone, email and on-site support;
Train key users and provide trouble-shooting support;
Work with internal departments and external vendors to develop the system;
Develop HRIS application by needs, and optimize HRIS performance after setup.
Routine work:
Participate in all new HR system projects, mainly focus on requirements collection, UAT and go-live support.
Create & develop regular or ad-hoc HR reports for HR & company management level with the aid of system and tools.
Develop system application for system function upgrade.
Act as local administrator of HR information systems, train the users if necessary or requested, inform users about HRIS functionalities, rules and changes.
Promote a better understanding and use of HR information systems.
Audit HR data stored in the HR information systems and conduct the improvement of data quality.
Sharing knowledge best practices & process improvements to about the user documents (e.g. training materials, user guides, demos).
Maintain data and query report with HR system with high quality.
Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor degree and above on Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management. etc.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years of HRIS setup/application experience.
IT experience preferred.
Knowledge:Familiar with Human Resources information systems (such as SAP, Cityray, etc.)
Skill:
Good project management skills.
Good planning & logical thinking ability.
Good analytical ability & sensitivity.
