岗位职责：

1. 负责公司电话接转，协助收发传真、文档复印等工作；收发日常报刊杂志及联系寄发快递；
2. 专业接待来宾，保证客人有效进出；
3. 更新电话明细以及楼层座位明细；
4. 负责办公环境的维护及管理；
5. 负责饮用水的供水联系、记录及报销工作；
6. 负责会议室的预定、会议设备管理、卫生、安全等日常管理；
7. 负责各部门交办的材料打印、复印，对重要文件做好保密；
8. 负责出差员工火车票、机票、酒店的预订；
9. 负责办公用品等的采购、保管、维护、配发、领用、借用、盘点、帐表登记和统计工作；
10. 负责电话费、物业费、水电费、房租费、保洁费、快递费等费用的对账及备案，并对异常情况进行跟踪处理，联系财务部发放；
11. 辅助team building建设，公司文化建设。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，至少1年行政前台工作经验；
2. 英语读写良好；
3. 熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4. 良好的形象气质及亲和力，性格开朗大方，沟通协调能力强；能熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识，具备一定文书写作能力；
5. 体貌端庄、性格开朗、待人热情诚恳、头脑灵活、悟性好、人品端正；
6. 对工作有强烈的责任心，具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神,工作积极主动，有良好的职业道德；
