Job Description:

Project management of system projects where more than on BU are involved include tracking of cross-BU budget and milestones and management of internal resource and external resource for project progress.

Lead and coordinate local and global members of BUs for system projects
Project management of Interior innonvation projects with customer

Introduce new concept to BUs and internal relevant departments and align BUs for strategies, products and getting supports.

Introduce new concept to customers and support costomers to build up technical proposal.

Manage external partnerships (OEMs) and internal (KAMs, BD from BUs, Contacts from BUs).

Manage the cross-BU teams and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. Engineering / Business Development / KAM). Coach and motivate the cross-BU teams to encourage ownership of and responsibility for activities within the acquisition team.

Lead the pre-acquisition phase to identify new cross-BU business opportunities.

Leadership (motivation, coaching, charisma, readiness to accept responsibility, assertiveness, delegate effectively)

Support preparation for Asia top-management meetings at OEMs.

Support prepare technology days with selected OEMs.

Team Management:
Manage the cross-BU teams and coordinate deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. Engineering between the BUS). Coach and motivate the cross-BU teams to encourage ownership of and responsibility for activities within the project/acquisition team.
