职位描述：
Implement a variety of C&B programs、policies and procedures. Responsible for C&B operations and provide analysis report and C&B survey/Audit etc.
执行公司的各种薪酬福利政策及程序，负责薪资福利事宜的具体操作及拟定分析报告、协助薪资调查和审核等

岗位要求：
1.Maintain and update employee/contracts’ personal information、 files and HRIS;
维护和更新员工和劳务工的人事信息、资料/系统；
2.Collect and check ee or contracts’ monthly/yearly attendance/OT/performance/HC etc. data and generate regular reports；
收集和核查员工和劳务工年/月度绩效、考勤、加班、HC等数据及生成相关工作报表、报告；
3.Perform payroll and insurance and bonus etc. ；
计算、管理员工和劳务工工资、绩效奖金、保险等事宜；
4.Perform daily C&B operational issues like Probation/Confirmation/Transfer/Assignment/Promotion/Resignation etc;
执行日常的薪资福利事项，如员工试用转正/异动/外派/晋升/离职等；
5.Handle employee/contractor C&B related issues with relevant departments or labor agency or insurance company etc., such as work injury, insurance ; Assistant in dealing with the labor disputes by liaising with labor bureau.
与相关单位/部门如劳务公司、保险公司、劳动人事部门等协调和处理相关事宜，如工伤、保险及协助处理劳动纠纷等；
6.Assistant in draw out various analysis report to meet business needs，such as HC analysis report, AOP data summary, labor cost analysis report etc;
根据业务需求,协助拟定各种分析报告,如ＨＣ分析控制报告、AOP数据汇总、劳动力成本分析报告等；
7.Assistant in C&B Survey, Audit etc.
协助完成薪资福利调查、相关审核等；

REQUIREMENT
1 Diploma degreee,3 and above years relevant experience.
大专学历，3年以上制造行业的相关工作经验；
2Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
熟悉本地相关劳动法律法规
3Good mathematical，analytical and logical thinking skill
擅长数字分析，良好的逻辑思维
