Industrial Engineer(German)

Job Responsibilities:

·Work closely with cross functional dept on different production assembly line;

·To plan & coordinate production/equipment/machine movement/layout, consider 3M flow (Manpower flow, Material flow & Message flow);

·Optimize tooling and working station for improve process capability & productivity;

·Set up and maintain the rated database in SAP system;

·Assist new process implementation training and support the training for the new operators;

·Written translation of the training materials;

·To optimize assembly manual line and keep on improving it;

Job Requirements:

·Bachelor degree majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering;

·More than 2 years practical experience in assembly planning, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture;

·Familiar with computer (Excel, Word and Auto CAD)

·Good coordinating and communication skills;

·Ability of design and solve process problem by oneself;

·Knowledge and experience with planning software systems, SAP is preferred;

·Good German language skills both oral and written;
