1.机械、工程类相关专业大专以上学历；
2.电子制造业相关工作经验二年以上；
3.工位的排列、公式的计算；
4.了解电子工艺制造过程、作业指导数的编写；
5.生产线工艺的改进、制具开发；
6.负责与客户就装配等工艺问题进行沟通。
