岗位描述
1.熟悉公司所有产品及培训课程内容
2.实施培训需求调查、培训策划及培训报告
3.维护管理培训中心的设施设备，和提供相应的物资保障，为接待客户拜访做好准备工作
4.协助培训师整理、管理公司内部的技术资料、完善培训资料库及培训硬件设备，使其利用率达到最高。
5.严格执行公司管理制度、《公司固定资产管理制度》、《培训中心软件管理制度》、《培训中心低值易耗品管理制度》，做到帐卡物相符
6.完成培训中心日常行政工作，持续改进操作流程
7.协助培训师完善培训资料库，如翻译英文资料
8.定期盘点培训中心库存的办公用品、纪念品及相关物品，协助对培训中心的设备进行维护保养。
9.与客户、同事等建立良好关系，表现公司四大核心价值
10.担任部门代表配合执行公司发展项目
11.不断学习提高专业素质
12.执行其他被委派的工作任务

任职资格
1.大专及以上学历
2.具备相关行政或教学经验一年以上
3.中英文流利
4.电脑操作熟练，精通office 办公软件
5.良好的沟通能力
6.良好的社会组织、管理及协调能力
