职位描述

岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making
1.Responsible as communication interface to operation manager and department heads.
担任与运营经理以及部门经理沟通的桥梁
2.Central contact person for all operation unit relevant matters which requires informing OU Manager
负责联系并通知与运营经理相关的所有事务
3.Support recruiting and training for all employees in OU
支持运营单位中所有员工的招聘和培训
4. Coordinate implementation of skill matrix(SE,WE) for each department and report progress to OU Management team
组织协调运营单位中各部门技能矩阵的维护和更新,并向运营单位管理团队报告进度

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
1.Translations & Communication
翻译和沟通
1.1 Assist operation manager in daily communication matters.
协助运营经理日常的交流,沟通事宜
1.2 Prepare, update and translate OU information (holiday & vacation time, organization charts etc.).
准备,更新,翻译部门内部的信息(休假/休息时间,组织机构图等)
1.3 Prepare and organize work stations for guests & new employees (desks, PC’s, phone, training plan etc.).
组织接待来访客人和新员工(办公桌,电脑,电话,培训计划等)
1.4 Daily report and translation
日常报告、文件的翻译
2. Operator recruiting and training
工人的招聘和培训
2.1 Recruit temp worker according to personnel plan
根据部门的人员计划,组织招聘临时员工
2.2 Responsible for personnel employment and termination procedures
负责办理人员录用及退工手续
2.3 Support for labour contract matters
协助办理外服员工劳动合同
2.4 Make up, update, implement and assess the effectiveness of yearly training plan.
负责生产工人年度培训计划的制定、更新、实施及效果跟踪。
2.5 Organize to create and update the skill matrix, update training records and review weekly with Production team.
负责组织建立、更新员工素质矩阵,并每周与生产部门共同维护培训记录。
3. Performance Management
绩效管理
3.1 Confirm operator attendance and calculate position wage
确认工人出勤时间,计算其岗位工资
3.2 Check the performance and calculate SQDC and performance bonus
核对工人的考核绩效,计算SQDC奖金和绩效工资
3.3 Review discipline and reward and calulate additional performance bonus
检查劳动纪律及其它各项奖励,计算额外绩效工资
3.4 Maintain operator performance appraisal system and organize monthly and yearly appraisal
维护工人绩效考核体系,组织实施月度或年度考核
4.Others
4.1 Support Kaizen
协助改善活动的推进

办公用品的领取和保存

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历Education Bachelor in German, administration or similar德语专业或者与行政管理相关的本科学历
外语Language Good command of both spoken & written English and German良好的英语和德语水平(口语和书面)
计算机Computer skill熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project, Auto CAD)
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E.Has a minimum of 2 years experience as interpreter and/or assistant to management.
至少两年口译或者管理助理的工作经验
管理经验Leadership_ dept.supervisor/managerN.A.
