职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Determine the range planning of a collection in order to achieve the set commercial targets and plans (specifically product mix and price architecture).
- Use knowledge about trends in the market and about production possibilities in order to contribute to a market sensitive collection that can be produced on time at a reasonable cost and at the best possible purchase price
- Contribute towards an overall sourcing strategy by identifying suppliers and building long lasting relationships, ensuring that supplier code of conduct is followed
- Assess and act upon changes within the retail landscape.
- Ensure the guidelines for visual merchandise execution in the stores is prepared and communicated in a timely manner
- Planning and analysis of figures – reacting to best sellers and slow movers
- Determine correct garment specification, quality, styling and fitting
- Develop and Train Buyers and Merchandisers
- Responsible for Merchandisers Assessment and Development
Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above with at least 6 years buying experience in the retail fashion industry and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills and judgment with Fashion sense
- Team-player; self-motivated; good present skills; strong adaptability.
- Familiar with Computer skills (Windows Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.)
- Fluent in English
