FINANCE MANAGER - APPLUS IDIADA CHINA

MISSION AND REPORTING
Your mission will be to support the development of the company from the administrative, financial, fiscal point of view.
You will directly report to the Managing Director (MD) of IDIADA China Business Unit as well as to the Corporate Service Management of IDIADA Headquarters (HQ).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed.
- Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
- Manage and supervise the accountancy and finance controlling.
- Provides and interprets financial information.
- Responsibility of the fiscal, budgetary and legal requirements implementation.
- Monitors cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Be in charge of the dealings with external advisors for local taxation and fiscal issues.
- Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
- Pass the internal and external audits.
- Manage a team accountants and finance specialists.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Having an MBA or a postgraduate in Finance is an asset.
Languages
- Near native Chinese (mandarin).
- Advanced English

Experience and technical expertise:
- Having a total professional experience of around 3 years in the finance management.
- Having professional experience in a similar position, in charge of the administrative issues in the local subsidiary of a multinational group is a must (experienced implementing HQ policies and strategies adapted to the local needs).
- Previous professional experience as auditor or in charge of preparing the company for financeor quality auditsis required.
- With proven professional experience as Senior Accountant/Finance controller, with good knowledge of invoicing and local taxation is requested.
- Advanced user level of the MS office tools, specially using excel and power point.
- Advanced user of ERPs is very welcome (Having worked with NAVISION or SAP is an asset).

Personal skills
- Good communicative skills, with the ability to engage others with technical arguments.
- High level of empathy and confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels and from different cultures inside multinational organisations.
- Analytical skills in order to keep under control all the administrative procedures of the company.
- Assertive and persistent objective oriented person.
- Open to travel, both domestic business trips and at international scale when required.
