Responsibilities:

• Monitor all the significant financial Key Performance Indicators (KPI); Monitor the Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly financial performance of China, HongKong and APAC;

• Assist for forecast preparation and review;

• Monitor cost structure and is responsible for identifying early needs for corrective action;

• Ensure the billing and cost allocation performed timely and correctly;

• Invoice Intercompany or external customer for any sales on time and ensure the invoices are properly supported and sent to customer;

• Ensure proper information and process embedded system to meet the operation needs, such as inventory, AR/AP data preparation and analysis;

• Participate in business and operational process review.

Requirements
• Excellent at Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Database; VBA knowledge is a plus

• University degree or equivalent major in accounting or business management

• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience

• Good social and communicative ability and team work skill

• Fluently speaking and writing in English
