The Cegedim Relationship Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“CRM”), is a wholly foreign-owned pharmaceutical market software and data service provider under the Cegedim Group which supports the operation of the sales & marketing team, improves marketing efficiency, and provides decision analysis reports to the management for business detection and guidance by offering sales management tools to the customers, such as CRM software, business intelligence, sales forecasts, bonus calculations, and more. Meanwhile, it also offers detailed nation-wide hospital and doctor data and related data services for pharmaceutical companies to master the accurate positioning of their target customers and cut down on marketing costs.

Position Summary:
The CRM Sales Manager plans and implements sales strategies and activities in order to reach the company’s targets for retention growth and turnover.
They validate with the Sales Director and the CRM Operations Director the customer pricing offer.
They apply the operational local strategy of the company.
They support their management in the promotion activities of the Cegedim Relationship Management products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering the products and solutions that best meet the customer’s needs and facilitate the resolution of problems by involving the concerned individuals
- Expand scope with the existing customers in relation with the CRM Operations Department in particular for new product offer and upgrades
- Ensure permanent relationships with the customers and the prospects; Maintain and develop the client relationship with key decision makers at the respective client organization;
- Manage Pipe-line sales (budget, forecast, invoicing and associated reporting)
- Is in charge of the business development in line with Cegedim Sales strategy for his customer portfolio
- Applies company policies and procedures, in particular regarding the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Contributing to the improvement of the procedures and tools and applying company policies and procedures, in particular regarding the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Organize their activities in order to constantly deliver a high quality of services
- Cooperate with the other departments to ensure a consistency and a high level of service in compliance with the SLA in order to ensure the success of the operations and projects
- Is responsible of achieving the financial objectives as defined by the management
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and is in charge of applying sales plans within the assigned customer portfolio in compliance to the company business strategy and the local law
Requirements:
- Business School in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field MBA
- 5 – 10 years experience
- Pharmaceutical markets
- Negotiation and selling
- Financial modeling and planning skills
- Management by objectives knowledge
- Budget management
- Networking skills
- Very good English (mandatory)
