This position is for CNH China HQ, and will be located in Pu Dong Wai Gaoqiao(浦东外高桥)

Support the local business functions in the respective functional area on using and optimizing business applications.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
1.Support business function in using and/or adapting global CNH processes
2.Support business function in designing and optimizing local processes if required
3.Support application specific implementation of business requirements
4.Support local users in daily use of business applications
5.Interface to regional and global organization for the respective business process area
6.External and internal audit support on IS systems

Job Requirements and qualifications:
1.Comprehensive business process knowledge in one of the following areas:
Commercial: Sales, Marketing, After Sales;
Support & Central Functions: Finance, Supply Chain;
Logistics, Manufacturing, Integrated Product Development.
2.Deep knowledge of at least one ERP system in one of the above mentioned functional areas, SAP preferred.
3.Experienced in designing business processes using standardized and best practice methodologies e. g. BPMN
4.Experienced in managing projects processes using standardized and best practice methodologies e. g. PRINCE2
5.Very good English language skills mandatory
6.Used to work in international, multilingual teams
7.Self-directing and self-motivated
8.Customer oriented thinking

CNH Industrial is present in China with Case IH and New Holland Agriculture for tractors and agricultural machinery; Case Construction Equipment for earth moving equipment; Iveco for commercial vehicles; Iveco Astra for quarry and construction vehicles; Magirus for firefighting vehicles; and FPT Industrial for engines and transmissions.
The Origins of business relations between China and companies of CNH Industrial can be traced back more than 100 years, when the first tractor was imported at the beginning of the 20th century. CNHi ’s first stable representative office was founded in Beijing in 1979.

Today, CNHi companies are present in China with several representative offices, eleven industrial bases, including four joint ventures.
CNHi’s agricultural equipment business holds leading positions in the market for high horsepower tractors, large combine harvesters, cotton pickers and sugar cane harvesters, with its two brands Case IH and New Holland Agriculture.
CNHi is also present in China’s construction equipment industry primarily through the distribution of Case Construction Equipment excavators, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders and other equipment. Case is market leader in the backhoe and skid steer loader segments.
CNHi’s Trucks &Commercial vehicles business has three joint ventures with SAIC: a JV in Nanjing and one in Chongqing that manufacture a fully localized range of light, medium and heavy range of industrial and commercial vehicles. One more JV is present in Chongqing, with FPT Industrial, that produces heavy vehicle engine range.
