Job Descriptions:-

• Understanding Business Process Management and business requirements of the customers (User) and translating them to specific software requirements.
• Main responsible person for business processes analysis and documentation
• Liaison with business departments to gather and analyze requirements into business requirement specifications
• Proactively analyze, review and validate business processes
• Administer the business process change management
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and other Project team member.
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of customer's needs and be able to transform into application and operational requirements.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years in Business Analyst or related.
• Self-control under work pressure
• Good analytical skills and ability to refine user requirements into systematic processes and functional specifications
• Strong capability in business process documentations
• Able to interact with users at all levels
• Good verbal and written skills and IT background
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good command of English
• Adaptability to change
• Banking experience is an advantage
• Chinese language skill is an advantage.
• Project management skill is an advantage
