Responsibilities:

- Develop the Collection Process and Debt Recovery to be complied with CBRC regulation;

- Negotiate and conduct debt recovery of responsible debtors and propose for approval;

- Monitor debtors' performance in accordance with loan contract and debt restructuring and coordinate with the related department;

- Coordinate in litigation, execution, and public auction;

- To be the bank witness and tracking litigation process;

- Report and record debt repayment transactions;

- Solve problems within scope of responsibility and comply with the set standard and procedures;

- Manage within the approved budget;

- Perform other tasks not mentioned above, but assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in business administration or Management or Economics or the relevant;

- At least 3 years working experience in credit, collection or debt restructuring related fields in banking industry;

- Sufficient knowledge of loan monitoring, collection and CBRC regulations;

- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills;

- Teamwork and collaboration;

- English proficiency is highly preferred.
