Job requirements:
Age - between 27 and 50 is ok
Sex - man or woman is ok
Must have an undergraduate degree
Must have teaching experience with large exam classes; IELTS / TOEFL / TOEIC [More than 50 or so in each class]
Some teaching experience with New Oriental or Modern Education is preferred
Responsibilities Programmes
？ Design and upkeep of all teaching and learning content
？ Product content quality control
Teachers
？ Recruitment, training and development
？ Support in scheduling
Administration ：
§ Supportive role in working with relevant departments
§ Non-financial KPIs for specific products as per department policy
§ Support SBU/HOP with relevant administrative duties Qualifications
§ DELTA / Masters in TESOL or equivalent
§ CELTA [or equivalent]
§ Bachelor Degree Skills
§ Excellent interpersonal skills
§ Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
§ A great deal of energy and enthusiasm
§ Highly organised and able to work within deadlines
§ Detail orientated
