Position Description:
To act as the assistant to the general manager in providing with administrative & junior professional legal assistance in various respects.

Key responsibilities:
1.Take care of GM's phone calls and visitors.- Collect accurate and timely messages info needed and conduct project research.- Summarize major company events for related report and annual report.
2.Manage filing of all legal documents
3.Provide secretarial and junior legal support to other legal matters and activities
4.Provide administrative support to other team members as necessary
5.Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
6.To help GM manage and track business related bills and payments, to make sure the smooth running of daily business;
7.To organize internal or external meetings, to ensure that all the necessary logistics arrangements required for the successful of the meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda,office facilitates, meeting papers etc;


Minimum Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above, major in law or secretary is preferable.
·Excellent knowledge of both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
·Good interpersonal relationship skills and team work ability.
·A strong sense of responsibility.
·Good time management skills.
·Good negotiation skills.
·Proactive and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
·Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.
