Responsibility:

1.负责生产线及新产品的开发工作。生成、确认生产线需求和规格，开发、跟踪和验收生产线设备、工装、夹具（协同供应商），负责新项目的试生产等；

Be responsible for developing the casting resin line and related new products.Creating and confirming the requirements of production, developing, tracking & qualifying the equipment, tooling and fixtures with suppliers, and be responsible for new project’s trial-run.

2.编制生产工艺文件；编制LAYOUT，FLOWCHART，PFMEA，WI等程序文件;

Develop manufacturing process documents. such as LAYOUT, FLOWCHART, P-FMEA, WI, etc

3.负责现有产品的制造工艺改进，跟踪工艺更改，工艺文件的定期维护

Be responsible for the current products’ manufacturing process improvement. Follow up the Process Change, and maintain the manufacturing process documents periodically.

4.生产过程中不良情况的控制及制造工艺改善；

Control the defects related with manufacturing process and improve it in production.

5.支持生产主管完成生产计划。

Support Production Supervisor to fulfill the production plan.

6.现场解决生产过程中的突发问题；

Do the on-site troubleshooting in the production;

7.测定节拍时间，不断提高生产效率，推进精益生产;

Study the cycle time, increase the production efficiency continually and implement Lean-manufacturing

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in metals and materials.

本科学历(或以上)，金属材料或材料科学与工程相关专业；

2.More than 4 years experience in material treatment,sprayed copper industry is plus.

4年以上的材料处理行业经验，喷铜行业优先考虑。

3.Must be familiar with computer operation and have a good command of OA

熟悉计算机操作和掌握办公自动化

4.Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力。

5.Good oral and written English is preferred.

良好的口头和书面英语
