工作内容:
1) 根据客户需求制定测试方案
2) 开发基于测试设备的集成电路测试所需硬件和程序
3) 负责上机调试程序和被测产品的量产导入
4) 协助客户进行集成电路量产测试的管理

任职条件：
1) 电子相关专业本科及以上学历
2) 基本英语听说读写能力
3) 熟悉C/C++语言
4) 0到3年电子行业工作经验,有大规模集成电路测试相关工作经验,熟悉至少一种测试机平台者优先
5) 动手能力强、具备独立分析、解决问题能力
6) 做事主动、认真负责，有良好的团队协作和沟通能力

NATURE & SCOPE
1)Bachelor degree or above, majored in Communication Engineering, Radio Communication, Industrial Automation or related;
2)Software programming(i.e. C/C++, VB， Perl and UNIX shell) knowledge is required;
3)Solid knowledge of digital / analog circuit/ DSP
4)Fluent in English
5)Energetic, willing to learn and pick up the challenges, process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude. 
6)Should like to travel extensively

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1)Develop IC Test Solution including: test hardware design, test pattern conversion, test program development and test methods construction or enhancement, etc.
2)Interface with test house to responsible for Test project from Test development to HVM and address production test issues.
3)Analyze characterization results and creating characterization reports.
4)Perform device failure analysis as required to resolve device-related problems.
5)Activities such as test time reduction and multi-site development & implementation.
6)The ability to be good at learning
7)According to project requirement, test engineer need to travel.
