Responsibilities

1. CRM

Be responsible for maintaining various data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for China area;

Train and direct sales on utilizing and maintaining related data on CRM

2. Website

Monitor and analyze data on company website for China area

Make necessary modification based on inputs from Product Managers

Communicate and coordinate with team in Corporate for related modification

Design and update BU Landing page

Post and update news and image for company activities

Work with referring websites to improving result

3. Email Campaign

Design, implement and follow up on email campaign with close work and inputs from Product Managers.

Requirements

College education, preferable on Chemistry or Life science related discipline;

At least 2 years work experience on e-marketing;

Html Web production knowledge;

Proficient at coremetrics, silverpop, illustrator and related software;

Good command of MS-OFFICE

Good at English communication, both spoken and written;
