Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage project implementation from beginning to end
· Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as schedule, cost and agreed quality criterion.
· Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones
· Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
· Create detailed chart of milestones for all parties
. Bidding prepare the technical document and participate the cost interview with internal team, coordinate with function department to get new project
. Interact with internal and external teams. Support and facilitate the effective application of what you have developed, collect feedback and continue to evolve and improve the methods and tools for improvement.
2. Interface with customer related to project implementation and clearly define project scope:
· Interface with customer
· Get resources from internal and the third party for project implementation
· Project budget management and control
· Provide engineering implementation plan including installation, commissioning, cutover, in service, maintenance.
· Day-to-Day project Management
· Project related materials purchasing

Requirements:

1. Above 2 years working experience as project management in engineer in EMS industry or NPI introduce at least 2 years engineering background or quotation experience.
2. Major in electronics product or related
3. Familiar with MS office, project management
4. Good at English both written or spoken
5. Flexible during times of change.
6. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
7. Ability to bring project to successful completion through internal coordination and interface with customer
