Job Description:
1. Responsible for system and network planning, administration and maintenance
2. Perform system performance tuning, backup and recovery, installation and configuration
3. Resolve problems of IT infrastructure and provide technical recommendations
4. Provide helpdesk support and solution to end users on IT aspects
5. Liaise with other branch offices and vendors for IT infrastructure design and implementation
6. Carry out evaluation of new technologies and products

Job Specification:
1. University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
2. At least 2 years' experience in system, network administration and technical support
3. Proven experience in implementation and support of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server, MS Exchange, Web Server and Firewall
4. Expert knowledge of PC hardware installation and configuration
5. Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies and backup solution
6. Experience with network equipment such as routers, switches and hubs
7. Certificate in MCSE/MCITP/CCNA/ITIL/CISSP is an advantage
8. Strong analysis and problem solving skills
9. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
10. Good interpersonal and communications skills
11. Customer-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently

工作要求：

6. 了解路由，交换器，集线器等网络设备。
7. 有MCSE/MCITP/CCNA/ITIL/CISSP证书者优先考虑。
8. 优秀的问题分析和解决能力。
9. 良好的英语听书读写能力。
10. 良好的沟通能力。
11. 有责任感，良好的内部客户沟通能力，能独立地，积极主动地开展日常工作。
