Job description:
1. Be a core member of Tellabs broadband product software development team in Shanghai R&D center.
2. Be responsible for system requirement analysis,software design and review,implementation and code review, unit test and feature integration.
3. Be responsible for communicating with testing team to solve different issues identified in SIT/SVT phase.
4. Be responsible for investigating field issues

Requirement:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the area of telecommunication’s product design and software development;
2. More than 3 years of OOA/OOD experience;
3. More than 3 years of experience of working with embedded Linux
4. Knowledge of CORBA,IDL and SNMP is preferred
5. Knowledge of Ethernet L2/L3 switching protocols is required;
6. Knowledge of GPON/EPON and DSL is desired;
7. Software system level concept of broadband product is a plus;
8. Knowledge of HW modules/interfaces is a plus;
9. Fluent oral and written English;
10. Good verbal, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
11. MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent;
